The 10023A is a handheld contact temperature probe with a DC voltage output. The voltage is calibrated for 1mV per degree C over the range of -55C to +150C. It has a standard banana plug for output, which can be directly connected to essentially any voltmeter. It is internally powered by a coin cell, type LR41, which is readily available and easily replaced.
