The 3466A multimeter is a 4.5 digit, autoranging (Volts and Resistance), seven function multimeter. Functions are: DC voltage, AC voltage, DC+AC voltage, DC current, AC current, DC+AC current and Resistance.
This meter can be run from wall power or built in sealed lead acid battery if the option is chosen. The 3466A appears to have had a decent sales run, released in 1977 and still appearing in a 1991 HP catalog, thats at least a 14year run.
